At Wondrous Camp, we strive to ensure that your camping experience is exceptional. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and you might need to cancel or amend your booking. Please find below our policy regarding refunds and returns:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days prior to the reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation date are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
Guests may reschedule their booking once, at no extra charge, provided they contact us at least 14 days before their reservation date.
Rescheduling within 14 days of the reservation date may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the booking cost.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on your scheduled reservation date and fail to inform us, no refund will be provided.
Inclement Weather:
In the case of dangerous weather conditions that result in a mandatory evacuation of the camp, guests will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to our policy, including those for medical emergencies, can be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
Refund Processing:
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
For returns related to merchandise or rentals:
Any physical goods purchased can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in unused, original condition. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Please note that all guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected cancellations. Wondrous Camp is not responsible for personal circumstances that lead to cancellations or changes in plans.
